The minimum required notice of any regular board meeting is defined as ”shall be posted conspicuously on the Planned Unit Development property forty-eight (48) hours in advance”. Any additional method of notice is provided for the benefit of the residents and is not required. The Crane Creek POA reserves the right to start or stop any notification methods implemented that exceed the minimum requirements at any time without notice.
